本数据集为提取自心脏特异性Obscurin(Obscurin)与Obsl1(Obsl1)双基因敲除小鼠心脏总RNA的RNA测序(RNAseq)原始数据。本研究针对四种基因型开展分析,每种基因型均设置3个生物学重复,四种基因型分别为对照组(CTL)、obscurin基因敲除组(Obsc)、Obsl1基因敲除组(OL1)以及obscurin与Obsl1双基因敲除组(dKO)
