This dataset, namely Bare Powder and Modified Particle Size Distribution Dataset, is developed for the surface modification research of electronic-grade spherical silica micropowder and to meet the demand for independent innovation capabilities of basic raw materials for advanced electronic packaging. Collected using a Bruker FTIR Vertex70 Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer in accordance with the GB/T 6040-2019 standard, it mainly records the infrared spectral detection values of various types of silica micropowder before and after surface modification, with a total size of 1.07 MB.
