کتبه الکاتبان اولهم قاضی علاو الدین و آخرهم عبدالملک غفر الله ذنوبهما تمت الکتاب فی سلخ شهر ذوالقعدة یوم الخمیس سنة اربع سبعین و الف سنة ١٠۸۴ (sic).1
