In this table we report the log-likelihood data and the associated ��22 for the evolutionary models tested with PAML [24]. P-values below 0.01 are marked in bold. Only in the case of rrgA both the M2a-M1a (test I) and M8-M7 (test II) Likelihood Ratio Tests indicate high probability of evolution under positive selection, while in the case of rrgB the two tests are discordant.
