This repository contains the data underlying our manuscript titled "Experimental Study on Clinical Dual-Energy Cone-Beam CT for Proton Therapy Planning". The objective of the research is a comparison between single-energy and dual-energy cone-beam CT in terms of their suitability to extract proton stopping power ratios for proton radiotherapy planning.
