The output files of MEANGS for ten cartilaginous and ray-finned fish species

The output files of MEANGS when assembling mitogenome of ten investigated fish species including Chiloscyllium plagiosum, Okamejei kenojei, Sebastes schlegelii, Platycephalus sp.1, Lophius litulon, Engraulis japonicas, Scoliodon macrorhynchos, Takifugu rubripes, Acipenser ruthenus, and Megalops atlanticus. In the compressed file, the second level folders are named with the '-n' parameter and the 'mito_cliped.fas' files are the final assemblies of tested species, according to the first level folder name. These three fas files with prefix 'Out_deep_detected_mito' are final assembly results when unused the circular detection module.
