Ewha Womans University 2022-2023 PM2.5 and TSP Fungi

This dataset contains fungal community sequences obtained from DNA extracted from PM2.5 and TSP greater than PM2.5 samples collected at the rooftop of the Engineering B Building at Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea. The samples were collected from fall 2022 to summer 2023, covering seasonal variations in fungal communities in airborne particulate matter (PM2.5 and TSP greater than PM2.5). The metagenomic analysis aims to explore the diversity and composition of fungi associated with air quality and environmental factors.
