Dose-response dataset on human and murine cell lines' viability after exposure to iron carbide NPs

A unified dataset of in vitro metabolic activity measurements representing human and murine cell survival percentages following a 24-hour exposure to iron carbide nanoparticles (ICNPs). It comprises distinct physicochemical characteristics of spherical ICNP cores of different phases, shell materials and surface functionalisations. More information on the data mining procedure and sources can be found in the relevant publication: https://doi.org/10.3390/nano14090734. The dataset was further amplified by structural information derived from atomistic simulations of the iron carbide cores. A total of 57 atom-level descriptors were generated using the NanoConstruct software (https://enaloscloud.novamechanics.com/riskgone/nanoconstruct/).
