BIJ2025-eNeuro-MoCap-Trajectories

This dataset contains raw and processed data supporting the manuscript "Accurate tracking of locomotory kinematics in mice moving freely in three-dimensional environments" (eNeuro, 2025). It includes original Qualisys (.qtm) motion capture recordings and processed MATLAB (.mat) kinematic data from marker-based motion capture (MoCap) experiments in freely behaving mice. Experimental contexts include open-field locomotion, wheel climbing, and treadmill running under various pharmacological conditions (baseline, CP55940, and harmaline).
