HemaCisDB aggregates 922 ATAC-seq, 190 DNase-seq and 531 H3K27ac ChIP-seq datasets from patient samples and cell lines spanning myeloid and lymphoid neoplasms, and offers QC metrics, TF-footprint inference, super-enhancer calling and core regulatory-circuitry analysis to interrogate cis-regulatory elements in blood cancers.
