The present study has focused on isolating novel uncultivable microbes from the soil of Sri Venkateswara Wild Life Sanctuary SVWLS Talakona, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh using the I Chip as a cultivation tool. A novel Streptomyces sp. IICTRSP-A475 was isolated, and the bioassay-guided fractionation of crude extract was studied and revealed potent bioactive profile.
