Data for CKD stage prediction

The file contains data for studying the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) based on routine laboratory test results. For each of the 189 patients, these results include 12 variables plus the baseline eGFR value (from the day of hospital admission) and the CKD outcome for stages 1–4 at the end of the prediction period (the last column of data).
