Elucidation of lncRNA involved in the early immune response to HSV-1 in photoreceptors

The purpose of this study is to elucidate lncRNA involved in the early immune response to HSV-1 in photoreceptors. First, I plan to perform RNA-sequencing using 661W cells after 2 hours HSV-1 infection which were infected at 5 MOI. Second, I plan to perform RNA-sequencing using HSV-1 retinitis mouse retina. Finally, I will select the candidate lncRNA involved in the early immune response to HSV-1 from the result of overlap between in vitro and in vivo experiment.
