资源简介:
This dataset from the Pain Assessment Screening Tool and Outcomes Registry (PASTOR) comprises 1,600 adults recruited into four mutually exclusive cohorts from an online panel company (www.op4g.com). The cohorts were chosen to represent poor Physical Function (n=200), high Physical Function (n=500), very high Physical Function (n=100) with pre-screening questions and to match (± 3%) the 2010 USA Census demographics for age, gender, race, ethnicity, and educational status (n=800). The dataset includes 54 Physical Function items that were candidate items that were tested for the development of PROMIS Physical Function v2.0. These items emerged from an expert panel review, translatability review, and cognitive interviewing. They represented a mix of activities, including exercises and activities of daily living. The items assess upper extremity function, mobility, trunk movement, or a combination of these. Item content describe performing activities such as lifting, jumping, running, pushing, carrying, dancing, and climbing, among others. In addition, this PASTOR dataset includes 50 anchor items from PROMIS Physical Function v1.2. to represent a range of functional abilities, and to represent the core content domains (i.e., 14 questions each were chosen to represent upper extremity and mobility/lower extremity Physical Function, and 22 questions represented full body Physical Function).
