ES-Coach: A Smartphone and Web-based Performance Coaching Application for Employment Specialists and Teams - Interview transcripts

The purpose of these interviews was to solicit feedback on the daily survey project developed under previous NIDILLR grants # 90RT5028 and #90RT5019. Two subject matter experts on best practices for employment specialists, four employment specialists, two employment provider directors, and one self-advocate were interviewed about the questions asked on the daily survey and how they could be improved for the ES-Coach application.
