Replication package for "Used-BEV trade within incumbent vehicle corridors: Scale-adjusted reach and link persistence in Japan, 2017–2025"

Replication package (v2, revision of 2026-08-14) for the paper analyzing the destination-network development of Japan's used battery-electric vehicle exports, 2017–2025, against a pooled ICE benchmark. Includes the Ministry of Finance source files (21 files, SHA-256 manifest), the monthly HS-9 x destination x powertrain panel (51,528 rows), destination covariates (World Bank, OWID/IEA EV sales share, UNEP 2020 used-vehicle age limits, distances, left-hand-traffic list), all analysis scripts (equal-volume rarefaction; discrete-time cloglog survival with completed-transitions convention; joint destination-trajectory bootstrap; entry-cohort and decomposition analyses; destination-condition models), and one-command reproduction (replication/run_all.sh, ~15 min, runs offline from the cached covariates). Every number, table, and figure in the paper traces to a JSON key via the included 138-row number-traceability table.
