PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND FORMATION OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

This article provides a broad and in-depth analysis of the issues of developing physical activity and forming a healthy lifestyle in the preschool education system on a scientific basis. The article provides a detailed analysis of the impact of physical activity on children's motor development, cognitive functions, emotional stability, social skills, immune system and general health, based on the First Step state curriculum of Uzbekistan, educational policy documents, local empirical studies and international meta-analyses, longitudinal observations. The results show that the organization of systematic physical activity in preschool age significantly improves the physical development indicators of children, strengthens attention and memory functions, reduces stress levels, increases cooperation with peers and creates the foundation for a healthy lifestyle in the future, but the effectiveness depends on the qualifications of educators, the age-appropriateness of classes, the safety of the environment and family cooperation. The article provides practical recommendations based on empirical evidence for preschool education practitioners, leaders and families.
