Live Birth Outcomes Following Intrauterine Microecological Intervention in Chronic Endometritis: Association with Post-Treatment Microbiome Profiles

206 chronic endometritis patients who had experienced embryo transfer were included. Following intrauterine microbial testing, personalized interventions were administered: patients with Lactobacillus deficiency received Lactobacillus supplementation, while those positive for pathogenic bacteria received antibiotic therapy. Embryo transfer was performed three months post-intervention. Microbial features in endometrial perfusion fluid were analyzed via 16S rRNA sequencing. The relevant analysis results were classified into live births and non-live births based on the outcome of the pregnancy.
