Functional profiling of environmental samples

Output data for the paper "A system-level view on the function of natural eukaryotic biomes through taxonomically resolved metabolic pathway profiling". 

This data must be extracted into the folder: /plankton_db_build/search_collect_info/data 

This is required to run the Jupyter Notebooks stored in that folder, which contain code for fetching and processing data used downstream for building the plankton-sp0ecific protein sequence database, which has been formatted to make it compatible with the HumanN profiling tool.
