Whole-genome resequencing data of the novel Qianbei Ma goat line

This project conducted whole-genome reseguencing on the newly bred Qianbei Ma goat line to analvze the populationstructure at the genomic level. By integraing phenotypic data, we performed genome-wide association studies (GWAS) toidentify genetic loci sianificantly associated with growth traits.
