The project describes the generation of a de novo assembled transcriptome map of Vicia faba organs, tissues including epidermal transfer cells of cotyledons (cells trans-differentiated from treated cotyledons). By using Illumina paired-end sequencing, a de novo assembly of the transcriptome from different, pooled tissues was generated. The assembly resulted in more than 21,000 contigs, with 80% of them annotated by Blast2GO analysis
