In this study, the in-situ biodegradability tests in the sea were performed. Test samples specimens, which were in the form of injection-molded plates, solvent cast films, or fibers, were stored in the chambers. After the specimens were pulled up, weight measurements, SEM observations, and metagenomic analysis of attached microorganisms were performed.
