Expression data from kidneys of male EST KO mice in comparison to kidneys of male wild type mice subjected to warm bilateral renal artery ischemia-reperfusion injury

EST KO mice are protected from ischemic acute kidney injury (AKI). Many genes were shown to be altered in this group. We used microarrays to detail the global differences of gene expression in the kidneys of male EST KO mice subjected to 30 minutes of warm renal ischemia reperfusion injury (RIR) in comparison to kidneys of male wild-type mice subjected to RIR.
