Image datasets associated with Gut Analysis Toolbox

This repository will primarily hold raw image data associated with Gut Analysis Toolbox. This will include example images for testing and those that may have been used in the tutorials/guides. Most of the data was generated at Integrated Neurogenic Mechanisms Lab , Monash University unless mentioned otherwise. This data is a myenteric wholemount from the descending colon. It has 14 different markers, 6 different rounds of staining. Every round has pan-neuronal marker Hu as a reference marker.
