卵巢癌是发生在卵巢的恶性肿瘤,是女性生殖系统中最致命的癌症之一。甲基化的分析流程,主要识别和量化基因组中甲基化位点的变化,通常发生在胞嘧啶(C)上,特别是在CpG二核苷酸中,包括了质控、去接头、比对参考基因组、差异碱基化区域的筛选以及对应的注释。其中比对涉及到两种方法bismark和bsmap。本产品还包括了结合转录组的数据进行联合分析和结果可视化。
Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor originating in the ovaries, and ranks among the most fatal cancers of the female reproductive system. The methylation analysis workflow primarily identifies and quantifies genome-wide changes in methylation sites, which predominantly occur on cytosine (C) residues, particularly within CpG dinucleotides. This workflow encompasses quality control, adapter trimming, alignment to the reference genome, screening of differentially methylated regions, and corresponding functional annotation, with the alignment step utilizing two bioinformatics tools: Bismark and BSMAP. This product also supports integrated analysis combined with transcriptomic data, as well as result visualization.
