exoRBase

exoRBase是一个人类体液中细胞外长链RNA数据库。该数据库由复旦大学附属肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所黄胜林课题组建立，主要收录来自血液、尿液、脑脊液等生物体液中的信使RNA、长非编码RNA和环状RNA表达谱数据。数据库于2017年首次发布，目前已更新至3.0版本，整合了约3000个样本，为液体活检和精准医学研究提供重要资源。

exoRBase is a database of cell-free long RNAs in human bodily fluids. This database was established by the research group led by Prof. Huang Shenglin from Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center and Cancer Institute of Fudan University. It primarily collects expression profile data of messenger RNA (mRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and circular RNA (circRNA) from various biological bodily fluids such as blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and others. First released in 2017, the database has been updated to version 3.0, integrating data from approximately 3,000 samples, and serves as a critical resource for liquid biopsy and precision medicine research.
