Urine Metabolomic Analysis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Controlled and Uncontrolled HbA1c in Low-Risk Diabetic Kidney Disease

This dataset contains anonymized clinical and metabolomic data underlying the findings reported in the article “Urine Metabolomic Analysis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Controlled and Uncontrolled HbA1c in Low-Risk Diabetic Kidney Disease”. The file includes HbA1c, eGFR, and UACR values, as well as the annotated metabolite peak list obtained from LC/MS-QTOF analysis processed via MetaboAnalyst 6.0. In addition, this repository provides Figures 1–7 corresponding to those presented in the manuscript and the English versions of the informed consent form and questionnaire used during participant recruitment and data collection. All participant data have been fully anonymized, and all procedures were conducted in accordance with the approved ethical protocol.
