CONDITIONS FOR THE EFFECTIVE AND SAFE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS

The article examines the key conditions necessary for the effective and safe use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems across different fields. It analyzes technical, ethical, legal, and social factors that influence AI performance and risk reduction. Particular attention is given to algorithmic transparency, data protection, responsibility of developers and users, and the need for governmental regulation. The study concludes that the successful implementation of AI is possible only through a comprehensive approach that combines technological standards, ethical principles, and educational measures.
