Script to generate figures 2b and S3 in Rstudio

This file contains the script utilized to generated figures S3 and 2b in the manuscript "Hydrologic management convolutes expected spatiotemporal patterns of dissolved organic matter in the Hudson River." Changing filepath location for the project csv to match the file location on your respective computer under dat <- is necessary to run the script. Besides this, no modification is needed.
