Aegilops tauschii x Triticum urartu Raw sequence reads

We selected representative aneuploidy and the multiple SCV-containing euploidy that showed the traits of both higher evolvability and stress-tolerance for whole-genome resequencing, along with sensu stricto euploid tetraploids that did not show the traits as a control. Specifically, the resequenced individuals included tetra-2A/nulli-2D (Aneup-1), tetra-2A/nulli-2D/tetra-3A/nulli-3D (Aneup-2), tetra-2A/nulli-2D/tetra-3A/nulli-3D/tetra-6A/nulli-6D (Aneup-3), 3 SCVs-containing Rev-euploidy individuals (Rev-eup1, 2 and 3) and their most probable parental aneuploidy, tri-2A/mono-2D + the multiple SCVs (Rev-eup-parent), and 1 sensu stricto euploid plant, as control.
