Bovine tuberculosis in cattle slaughtered at Addis Ababa abattoir in Ethiopia and workforce awareness of zoonotic risk

The dataset is derived from an abattoir survey focused on slaughtered animals and their associated bTB (bovine tuberculosis) laboratory analysis results. In addition to animal data, the dataset also includes information from a questionnaire survey conducted with abattoir workers and butchers. This comprehensive dataset captures socio-demographic details, as well as data on practices and awareness related to bTB within the abattoir setting. The data provides valuable insights into both animal health and human practices, contributing to a deeper understanding of bTB transmission risks and knowledge gaps among those working in the abattoir environment.
