Data on sanctions applied in registers maintained by the State (https://sankcijas.fid.gov.lv)

Pursuant to the amendments to the Law on International Sanctions and National Sanctions of the Republic of Latvia of 8 December 2023, which entered into force on 1 April __2024, the Financial Intelligence Unit of Latvia is competent to publish information on its website __(https://sankcijas.fid.gov.lv) on the subjects of sanctions and their frozen funds and economic resources in Latvia.__依据2023年12月8日拉脱维亚共和国《国际制裁与国家制裁法》修正案的相关规定，该修正案于2024年4月1日正式生效，拉脱维亚金融情报单位（Financial Intelligence Unit）有权在其官方网站（https://sankcijas.fid.gov.lv）上发布受制裁主体及其在拉脱维亚境内被冻结的资金与经济资源的相关信息。
