资源简介:

The file contains retrieved integrated water vapor based on a multi-parameter retrieval and AMSR2 Level 1R (Madea et al., 2016) brightness temperatures, averaged within a 50 km radius of a satellite overpass of the research vessel Polarstern during the MOSAiC expedition from October 19, 2019 - October 2, 2020. The retrieval method is described in Rückert et al., 2023; gridded, daily data of the retrieved geophysical parameters is available via https://data.seaice.uni-bremen.de/, while the co-location presented here is based on swath data. The columns of the .csv file are date: time of overpass satellite observation as included in the satellite data from JAXA longitude: latitude of Polarstern position in decimal degrees (DD) at time given by date column latitude: longitudeof Polarstern position in decimal degrees (DD) at time given by date column TWV_sat_mean: total water vapor (integrated water vapor) in kg/m² averaged over all satellite observations within a 50 km radius around Polarstern position (see latitude/longitude columns) TWV_sat_std: spatial variability of total water vapor (integrated water vapor, see previous column) given as standard deviation of all satellite observations within a 50 km radius around Polarstern position (see latitude/longitude columns) n_count: number of satellite observations used to calculate TWV_sat_mean and TWV_sat_std
