资源简介:
This dataset contains data used to analyse muscle–tendon unit mechanics and hamstring muscle adaptations following 9 weeks of Nordic hamstring exercise training and 3 weeks of detraining. It provides a longitudinal record of biceps femoris long-head behaviour during the exercise, including active fascicle lengths measured using ultrasound, knee flexor force recorded via ankle-mounted load cells, and kinematics obtained through markerless motion capture.
The dataset is organised by participant and includes three main categories of data. Raw Experimental Data comprise fascicle length measurements, force recordings, and OpenCap motion-capture CSV files. Ultrasound Files contain MATLAB video files together with the corresponding tracked files used for fascicle analysis in UltraTrack. Processed Data include filtered and derived time-series data used for analysis, such as joint angles, knee flexor torque, estimated muscle–tendon unit lengths, fascicle lengths, and estimated sarcomere lengths.
The root directory also includes key summary files, including a subject_log and a compiled Analysed_Data file containing the discrete variables used for statistical analyses. Collectively, these data provide detailed insight into longitudinal changes in hamstring muscle–tendon mechanics during exercise following eccentric training and subsequent detraining.
