The goals of this cruise were go sample in the DeSoto Canyon and revisit stations sampled in 2011. We sampled sediments particulate organic carbon, dissolved inorganic carbon, plankton and bacteria, and dissolved CO2+CH4. This dataset contains the CTD data from this cruise. This dataset was submitted as Deep-C dataset R1.x138.078:0005 (https://doi.org/10.7266/N79K4854). Samples were collected 2012-05-19 to 2012-05-21.
