Developing a toolkit to detect aneuploidy in single human cells at scale

Aneuploidy is a hallmark of cancer and congenital diseases. Understanding the heterogeneity of DNA copy number variation will enable greater understanding of tumorigenesis. We have developed a system for detecting chromosome and chromosome arm scale aneuploidy in thousands of single cells in one experiment.
