Integrated Clinical and microRNA Signatures for Predicting Altitude-Related Hypertension

Methods We established a high-altitude cohort including normotensive entrants (N), altitude-related hypertension (ARH), and long-term essential high-altitude hypertension (EHH). Clinical indicators, biochemical markers, and cytokines were analyzed using the compareGroups R package. Differential miRNA expression determined by log2FC > 1.5 and adjusted P < 0.05. Functional enrichment analyses were conducted via clusterProfiler, and PPI networks were constructed using STRING and Cytoscape. Diagnostic performance was assessed using ROC analysis.
