RNA-seq of SW480 colorectal cancer cells transfected with siRNAs targeting different putative metastasis promoting genes

Here we analyze the transcriptional profiles of SW480 colorectal cancer cells transfected with siRNAs targeting 26 different candidate genes potentially promoting metastasis. UMAP analysis of the transcriptional profiles of these cells revealed clusters potentially indicating some genes to operate in related pathways. Overall design: Differential gene expression and clustering analysis of SW480 cells transfected with siRNAs targeting 26 putative metastasis promoters.
