A single-cell and spatial transcriptomic dataset of the segment-specific intestinal responses to acute high-fat diet exposure

This dataset provides a comprehensive spatiotemporal transcriptomic resource of the mouse intestine (Duodenum, Jejunum, Ileum, and Colon) in response to acute (1-day) high-fat diet (HFD) exposure. By integrating single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and spatial transcriptomics, we characterize the rapid, segment-specific cellular and molecular adaptations of the intestinal epithelium and its microenvironment.
