Awareness Weakly Predicts Digital Minimalism: A Test of the Value Action Gap in the Digital Domain

This dataset contains anonymized responses from an online survey conducted among undergraduate students to investigate the relationship between digital awareness, digital minimalism practices, and climate action contribution in the context of Sustainable Development Goal 13 (Climate Action). The survey was administered using Google Forms, and no personally identifiable information was collected from participants. The dataset comprises demographic information, responses to Likert-scale items measuring the study constructs, and open-ended responses related to barriers and suggestions for reducing digital waste. A detailed codebook is included to describe all variables, response scales, and measurement constructs used in the study. This dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research in the fields of digital sustainability, environmental behaviour, and responsible digital technology use.
