Analysis of heart from myocardil specific deletion of Jarid2 by crossing Jarid2 floxed mice with aMHC-Cre mice (Jarid2-aMHC). Jarid2-aMHC mice result in dilated cardomyopathy and reveal premature death. To identify differentially expressed genes in Jarid2-aMHC hearts, we performed RNA-seq analysis on mutant hearts and control heart at postnatal day 10 (P10) and 7 months of ages (7M). 本研究通过将Jarid2 floxed小鼠与aMHC-Cre小鼠杂交,构建心肌细胞特异性Jarid2缺失模型(命名为Jarid2-aMHC小鼠),以此开展心脏相关分析。Jarid2-aMHC小鼠可引发扩张型心肌病,并导致小鼠过早死亡。为鉴定Jarid2-aMHC小鼠心脏中的差异表达基因,我们分别在出生后第10天(P10)与7月龄(7M)两个时间点,对突变型心脏及对照心脏进行RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析。本研究对对照与突变型心脏的两个不同发育阶段展开检测。
