This is the very first release of 136 plates (384 well) of Cell Painting (Gustafsdottir et al. 2013) data derived from 1,571 compounds from the Drug Repurposing Hub (Corsello et al. 2017). This release includes processed data alongside the processing code that produced the data. Raw microscopy images will be provided elsewhere at a later date. We also include processed metadata for each Drug Repurposing Compound. Metadata were originally downloaded from the CLUE resource portal at https://clue.io/repurposing.
