Expression profiling of hematopoietic stem cells (LSK CD150+ CD48- CD34-) from C57Bl/6 mice 24 hours after treatment with 100 ug rIFNg or PBS using Agilent’s SurePrint G3 Mouse Exon 4x180K Microarray. The Bioconductor package limma was used to analyze the microarray data. Contents include genes upregulated and downregulated more than 1.5 fold with an adjusted p-value <0.1.
