The changes of the bacterial community structures in the sludge samples were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing. The Principal Component Analysis was applied to demonstrate a visual representation of the differences in the bacterial community structures of the sludge samples before and after anaerobic digestion. And the relative abundances of bacterial sequences of the sludge samples at different initial conditions were also analysed to reveal the dominant bacterial community.
