Portable Restroom Locations View Layer

The Portable Restroom Supports layer captures portajohn support locations. As of May 2024, Southern Parks locations have been verified. Recently, the Cabin John staff have captured several Porta John locations in KML format. The Cabin John Maintenance Areas is part of the Montgomery Parks, Southern Management Area. Cabin John maintenance area incorporates cities like Glen Echo, Bethesda, Potomac, Westbard, and Westlake. Cabin John staff reached out to the GIS Team for support in showing the locations in GIS. The GIS Team has created a web application to show the locations of the KML files and the location of Porta John support locations captured in the EAM Asset Point layer. The overall goal is for the Cabin John Staff to QC/QA locations from GIS and KML to ensure the inventory is accurate. Specific attributes captured by the Cabin John staff include ADA, Number of Units, and whether the Porta-John area is enclosed. The Portable Restrooms layer maps portable bathroom units in Montgomery Parks, currently Porta Johns from United Site Services. The features in the Portable Restrooms layer indicate locations of individual Porta John units, which details every Porta John unit locations in Montgomery Parks and relevant portable bathroom features for planning and management purposes, such as parent support pad asset, scheduled maintenance frequency, actual maintenance frequency, ADA compliance, whether it’s installed in an enclosure or not, lighting, owner, manager, type of the target users, and overall condition that evaluated by operations.便携式厕所支持图层（Portable Restroom Supports layer）用于记录移动厕所支持点位。截至2024年5月，南部公园（Southern Parks）的点位已完成核验。近期，卡宾约翰（Cabin John）工作人员以KML格式采集了多处移动厕所点位。卡宾约翰维护工区（Cabin John Maintenance Areas）隶属于蒙哥马利公园（Montgomery Parks）南部管理区，覆盖格伦埃科（Glen Echo）、贝塞斯达（Bethesda）、波托马克（Potomac）、韦斯特巴德（Westbard）与韦斯特莱克（Westlake）等区域。卡宾约翰工作人员曾联系地理信息系统（GIS）团队，寻求在GIS平台中展示相关点位的技术支持。GIS团队已开发一款Web应用程序，用于展示KML格式文件中的点位，以及从EAM资产点图层中采集的移动厕所支持点位。本次项目的整体目标是协助卡宾约翰工作人员对GIS及KML格式中的点位开展质量控制（QC）与质量保证（QA）工作，确保点位清单的准确性。卡宾约翰工作人员采集的具体属性包括：无障碍适配情况（ADA）、厕所单元数量，以及移动厕所区域是否为封闭空间。便携式厕所图层（Portable Restrooms layer）用于绘制蒙哥马利公园内的移动厕所单元点位，当前数据源为联合场地服务公司（United Site Services）提供的移动厕所设施。便携式厕所图层中的要素用于标注单个移动厕所单元的点位，详细记录了蒙哥马利公园内所有移动厕所单元的点位，以及用于规划与管理的相关便携式厕所属性信息，包括父级支持垫资产、计划维护频率、实际维护频率、无障碍合规性、是否安装于封闭空间、照明情况、所有者、管理者、目标用户类型，以及运维人员评估的整体状况。
