LINC02365 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
收藏资源简介:
Description:This dataset supports the findings of the manuscript titled “Transcriptomic Profiling Identifies the Regulatory Network of LINC02365 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma” and manuscript titled "clinical significance of linc02365 in hepatocellular carcinima". It contains raw and processed data from RT-qPCR, next-generation RNA sequencing, and integrative bioinformatics analyses aimed at elucidating the functional role of the long non-coding RNA LINC02365 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The Excel file “results-65.xlsx” includes 28 sheets organized into the following categories: Experimental Data RT-qPCR: Expression levels of LINC02365 across multiple HCC cell lines. Plasmid and primer sequences: Overexpression and knockdown constructs, along with primer sequences for LINC02365 and GAPDH. Transcriptomic Analysis Gene expression: Raw read counts and TPM values across LINC02365 knockdown and control replicates. Differential expression (DESeq2): Full gene list and filtered subsets (log2FC > 1, FDR < 0.05). Fusion gene detection: STAR-Fusion results across all replicates. Alternative splicing: CASH-based analysis of splicing events and functional enrichment (GO and KEGG). Regulatory and Pathway Insights Immune infiltration: Estimated immune cell proportions post-knockdown. microRNA and transcription factor enrichment: GO, KEGG, and GSEA analyses. STRING PPI network: High-confidence protein-protein interaction network of differentially expressed genes. Functional enrichment: GO, KEGG, and Reactome pathway analyses of all genes. Significance:This dataset offers a comprehensive resource for understanding how LINC02365 affects tumor progression in HCC. It aims to support the findings in the manuscript and facilitate further research into LINC02365 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The file 65_analysis2.xlsx contains qRT‑PCR data for LINC02365 and GAPDH from 215 samples, including HCC, pre‑cancer, and normal tissues. Each gene was measured, with average Ct values calculated. LINC02365 expression is provided as ΔCt (LINC02365 Ct – GAPDH Ct). The dataset supports expression comparison and diagnostic analysis of LINC02365 in liver disease.
