Proper organization of work on the implementation of the quality management system is of primary importance in ensuring the effective operation of the organization, which gives a positive assessment during the certification procedure. The functioning of the quality management system is checked in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard by conducting an internal audit, the conclusion of which is the basis for conducting an external certification audit. Based on the results of internal audits, the top management of the organization analyzes the effectiveness of the quality management system and makes decisions for improvement.
