The dataset includes references to expert knowledge identified in the decisions issued by the Commission under the Digital Markets Act (as of 15th of July 2026). It includes the following types of information: – sheet DMA: decision number, type (of the decision), references to external expertise (relevant footnote and quotation), where (footnote number and page), type (of the source, e.g., industry), function (coded function of the source), Party / Commission (if the reference may be assigned to the Party or the Commission); – sheet DMA – calculations: basic statistics calculating the number the given type of source appears in the given decision and the number of times the given function appears; – sheet decisions without any reference – decisions adopted by the cut-off date, not including any relevant references – sheet DMA – types and functions – the sheet DMA ordered by the type of source
