Gene expression profile of mouse glomeruli from wild-type and Alport mice treated with vehicle, UBE-1099 or UD-051.

We developed a non-covalent Nrf2 activator UBE-1099 and UD-051, which highly selectively inhibits Keap1-Nrf2 protein protein interaction. UBE-1099 and UD-051 ameliorates the progressive phenotype of proteinuric Alport mice (B6.Cg-Col4a5tm1Yseg/J). To clarify the molecular effects of UBE-1099 and UD-051 on the glomerulosclerosis in Alport mice, we performed RNA sequencing on the glomeruli of wild-type and Alport mice treated with vehicle, UBE-1099 (30 mg/kg/day, p.o.) or UD-051 (3 mg/kg/day, p.o.) for 4 weeks.
