Oral Second-Generation H1-Antihistamine Regimens for Allergic Rhinitis: Reproducibility Package

Version 1.1 of the reproducibility and machine-readable data package supporting the systematic review and network meta-analysis “Oral Second-Generation H1-Antihistamine Regimens for Allergic Rhinitis: Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis of Effects and Estimability”. This release contains the model-ready aggregate data, source and denominator reconciliation files, network-geometry and heterogeneity diagnostics, RoB 2, CINeMA and ROB-MEN appraisal data, R and Stan reproducibility materials, retained native CmdStan posterior draws, and machine-readable comparative-effect results. It additionally reports all 147 estimable secondary binary active–active contrasts derived from retained joint posterior draws (36 Any AE–SAR, 45 Any AE–PAR, 21 WDAE–SAR, and 45 WDAE–PAR). These contrasts were obtained by exact within-draw subtraction without model refitting or additional MCMC sampling. Independent human validation by L.R.R. reproduced all 147 secondary contrasts within the predefined absolute tolerance (147/147 PASS; maximum absolute difference 5.0000049 × 10⁻¹⁰; acceptance threshold ≤ 5 × 10⁻⁵). The validation script, row-level output, completed validation record, and SHA-256 manifests are included. The unit of evidence is the independent randomization. Analyses are organized into nine rhinitis-category–outcome structures with regimen-specific treatment nodes. The package contains aggregate data only and includes no participant-level personal data or copyrighted source publications.
